How account data is used.

Information We Collect

Brain-Course may store your email address, login identifier, display/profile details you choose to add, access status, purchase or subscription status, the billing terms and policy versions you accepted, support messages, contact-form submissions, and course activity data if progress tracking is enabled.

Google Sign-In Data

If you choose to sign in with Google, Google provides Brain-Course with your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier through the basic openid, email, and profile permissions. Brain-Course uses this information only to create and authenticate your account, display your chosen profile information, associate your saved learning progress and access status with the correct account, and respond to account support requests.

Brain-Course does not receive your Google password and does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, contacts, or other Google services. Google Sign-In information is handled through Supabase authentication and the Brain-Course account database, protected in transit with HTTPS and by account authentication and database access controls. It is not sold or used for advertising. It is shared only with service providers needed to operate authentication, hosting, support, security, and the course, and is retained or deleted under the retention terms below.

Passwords

Passwords are handled by the account system and are not visible to Brain-Course. Brain-Course cannot read your password. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping your login private.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to create and maintain accounts, check access to paid course pages, respond to support requests, process account-related messages, prevent misuse, improve course features, and maintain records needed to operate the site.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Brain-Course may receive purchase identifiers, plan details, trial and renewal dates, billing status, consent evidence, and access status needed to unlock or manage the course, but Brain-Course does not collect or store full payment card numbers. Email-domain checks may be used to limit disposable-account and trial abuse.

Sharing

Brain-Course does not sell or rent personal account data. Information is not posted publicly. Limited data may be shared with service providers that help operate login, payment, hosting, email, analytics, support, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Retention and Deletion

Account, purchase, access, and support records may be kept while your account is active and as needed for tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, security, or legal records. You can ask about account data or deletion through the contact page.
