Subscription refund policy.

Trial and Cancellation

The general full-course trial is free for seven days and then becomes a monthly subscription unless canceled. The exact trial-end date and first charge are shown before the trial begins. Cancel through Account → Subscription before that deadline to avoid the first charge. Cancellation after a charge stops future renewal but is not automatically a refund of the current paid period.

Where To Start

Refund questions should be sent through the contact page with the email address used for purchase. If a customer account area or payment portal is available, you may also be able to review membership and billing details there.

Digital Access

Brain-Course is digital course access. Because paid material can be viewed immediately after access is granted, refund decisions may consider whether access was delivered, whether there was a technical issue, whether the request is timely, and whether there is evidence of misuse, fraud, or refund abuse.

Payment Processor

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record for checkout and payment handling. Lemon Squeezy handles payment collection, applicable tax handling, refunds, chargebacks, receipts, and payment-card compliance for purchases made through checkout.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Timing can depend on Lemon Squeezy, the payment method, and the customer's bank or card provider. Brain-Course does not control bank processing timelines.

No Score Guarantee

Refunds are not granted because of a particular quiz score, class grade, AP® Exam score, college-credit decision, or other academic outcome. Brain-Course is study support, not a guarantee of results.
